Helmer's Celebration of Fall October 2nd & 3rd

We are finally able to announce the rest of our Fall Celebration Weekend Programs!
You already know about our Crepuscular Crawl and Just-Past Full Moon walks on Friday night.  Now see what we have for Saturday and Sunday!  
Please note that we are offering one program for each day, but there are THREE different times for you to choose from.  We are keeping the groups SUPER small;  registering 12 people for each program time.  Pre-registration is REQUIRED.

Pumpkins and Other Signs of Fall
Come to the Nature Center to carve your pumpkin.  We provide the pumpkin, tools and templates and then take care of the mess!  After you are done, go on a guided walk with one of our educators to discover signs of fall.  
This program is offered throughout the day.  Specify a time when you register.

Fall Celebration Adventure Map
Kids come to the Nature Center for a Fall Adventure!  Start your adventure by decorating your own canvas adventure sack and then grabbing a special map to guide you through the trails.   Along the way, complete all the fun nature activities posted on signs and receive a bagful of fall prizes! 

This program is offered throughout the day.  Specify a time when you register.
