2024 Tax Forms
W-2s for 2024 are available electronically in WinCapWeb, Employee Self Service. Anyone who has not elected to receive their W-2 electronically, a printed W-2 will be mailed to you by January 31st.
1095c – Affordable Care Act Reporting
If you or a family member are covered under a West Irondequoit CSD Health Plan and are under the age of 65, we are required to report your coverage to the IRS.
President Biden signed new legislation, removing the mandate to distribute the 1095c form to employees.
This form is not required when filing your tax return.
If you wish to receive a mailed copy of this form, you can email payroll@westiron.monroe.edu and one will be sent to you. If you do not have access to email, you may request a 1095c at the West Irondequoit CSD, District Office at 321 List Ave, Rochester NY 14617. You may also call 585-336-2991 with questions.
