Irondequoit High School students honored for excellence in languages

Foreign language awards were presented to Irondequoit High School students at a continental breakfast on November 6. West Irondequoit offers instruction in five foreign languages: French, German, Italian, Latin and Spanish. Students are also invited to study Arabic, which is being offered as this year’s World Language.

Awards of Distinction for Excellence in Foreign Language were given to Level 4 students who have maintained an average of 93% or greater through all of their high school foreign language classes.
