Policy
*It is expected that all work is turned in on the due date. Late Assignments will not be given credit except in the case of Absence.
*If a student is absent it is also expected that one day for each legal day missed will be added on the due date. If a student is missing only 1/2 a day, the student is required to stop by class and pick up any work they will miss.
*If possible please give advanced notice for days students know they will be absent and obtain work in advance.
Below you will find the standard classroom grading policy. All grades are averaged on a point basis. Students updates are available at anytime. Please contact me at the school if you have any concerns or wish an update on your student's grades.
Tests- 100 points each
Seminar- 100 Points each
Quizzes and Homework- 10 points each
Mini-Homework- 5 points each
*Being Prepared and attentive will also affect a student's average.*
- The semester's points will be added and then divided into the number of points the student earned to calculate the final quarter average. In addition, the midterm is 20% of the 2nd quarter grade. The final Exam is worth 20% of the final grade not the quarter grade.
