I met Rhett Butler at the Smithsonian Institute’s Bocas del Toro research station while he was traveling to gather information for his website.  In Rhett’s words his website, Tropical Rainforest Conservation - mongabay.com aims to raise interest in wildlife and wild lands while promoting awareness of environmental issues.  The website contains excellent information about issues concerning forest conservation.  He has an extensive collection of photos from his travels World Travel Photos - Mongabay.com and a Kids site that introduces the topics of deforestation and rainforest conservation Tropical Rainforest Information for Kids.
