Dear Bid Vendor:

Please find below electronic documents for the Athletic Equipment & Supplies bid and our PE Equipment & Supplies bid for FALL/WINTER 2017/2018.

The bid opening will be Monday, May 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the West Irondequoit Central School District Office, 321 List Avenue, Rochester, New York 14617. All sealed bids should be received by 10:00 a.m. If we receive your bid packet after that time, we will not be able to include your bid quotes as part of our bid comparison for awarding items.

If you should have any questions regarding specific items on either of these bids, please contact our Athletic Office at 585-336-2936. Please ask for:

* Jeff Lancy for items on the Athletic Equipment & Supplies Bid 

* Anthony Lipani for items on the PE Equipment & Supplies bid.

Please let the secretary know your questions are urgent, due to the time restrictions.
