IHS Fitness Center

is Open to Community Members

 

The Fitness Center at Irondequoit High School is now open to community members. The center was added during the district renovations and is used extensively by student athletes and physical education classes. It is now open to anyone high school age and older during select hours.
 

Hours:  June 16, 2008 - August  15, 2008

Monday - Friday / 6:00 - 7:00 a.m.

Monday - Friday / 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.


Cost:
There is no charge for current IHS and college students w/ID.

All other adults - $2 per visit
Visitors may also preregister and purchase a 15 visit pass for $25.  Gold Card fee is 15 visits for $20.  Registration forms are available online, in the center, and from Community Education at 336-3014. The course number is FIT6067.

-free weights
-treadmill

-elliptical
-stationary bikes
-step machine
-additional upper and lower body strengthening equipment
 

The facility will be supervised at all times, but personal training services are not available. The center is located on the first floor of Irondequoit High School (260 Cooper Rd.) and is most easily accessed from entrance #3 at the north end of the building.
