the Japanese government organized?

Procedures:
|
Session
1:
- Show the students the Web
site called “Kids Web Japan”
and model how to navigate through the site.
- Show the students the focus
questions they will be discussing in the next session in idea circles.
- Model note-taking skills on
the Blank Japanese Culture Web.
- Distribute the Blank Japanese
Culture Web pages and charge students with taking notes, as they
navigate the Web site and keep the focus questions in mind.
Session
2:
- Have the students bring their
Japanese Culture Webs to their idea circle groups.
- Students should discuss their
ideas about the three focus questions in their groups.
- Students can record their
responses, post-discussion, in their social studies journals.
- Discuss as a class.
