2009 Practice Schedule Note: Due to the pool construction we will be practicing as Webster Aquatic Center until the Irondequoit pool is finished. When our pool is ready for use, the schedule will change. FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE: MONDAY, AUGUST 17TH!!!!!!!! Varsity Swimming & Diving Preseason or before school starts Monday - Saturday: 7 am: Meet at IHS for drylands (need sneakers, shorts, t-shirts and water bottle) 7:35 am: Bus Leaves for Webster Aquatic Center (bring a snack) 8 am - 10 am: Swim practice (need gogles, cap, swimsuit and towel) 10:15 am: Bus returns to IHS
When School Begins:
Monday - Friday: 3:15pm: Bus Leaves for Webster Aquatic Center (bring a snack) 4 pm - 6 pm: Swim Practice (need sneakers, shorts, t-shirts, water bottle, goggles, cap swimsuit and towel) 6:15 pm: Bus returns to IHS
Saturday: 7:15 am: Meet at IHS. Bus leaves no later than 7:20 am! 8 am - 10 am: Swim practice (need sneakers, shorts, t-shirts, water bottle, goggles, cap swimsuit and towel) 10:15 am: Bus returns to IHS
Junior Varsity Swimming and Diving Preseason or before school starts: NO SATURDAY PRACTICE Monday - Friday: 7 am: Meet at IHS for drylands (need sneakers, shorts, t-shirts and water bottle) 7:35 am: Bus Leaves for Webster Aquatic Center (bring snack) 8 am - 10 am: Swim practice (need gogles, cap, swimsuit and towel) 10:15 am: Bus returns to IHS
